Qualità dell’insegnamento e valutazione della didattica. Un modello universitario di job placement innovativo

Abstract

In all the States, the complex changes in the way to produce and the globalization have accentuated job flexibility, risks, insecurities and new opposetunities.This represents a challenge both for the young collectively and for the world of education, specifically for the University, which is asked for giving a new kind of education, based not only on contents, but also on competencies. For this reason we have begun a research called “Quality of teaching and didactic evalua- tion. A university model of innovatory job- placement” at the University of Bari-Faculty of Educational Sciences, with the main scope of look for didactic and teaching interventions that can su- stain innovatory and effective educational careers able to guide students in the transition from uni- versity to job market. The Research is at the first of a tree years run and, until now, it has used the university traineeship, supported by Isfol, Ceris-cnr and Adapt, as an opportunity for making job demand and offer meeting each other and has tried to verify the educational effectiveness of competencies and learning processes.
