Il presente contributo intende verificare in quale direzione si siano mossi i Piani di salute e la Programmazione sanitaria con particolare attenzione alla Puglia. L’obiettivo è individuare come si sia evoluta l’organizzazione delle strutture sanitarie in termini di distribuzione e accessibilità nell’ultimo trentennio e se vi sia una convergenza tra la razionalizzazione territoriale dei servizi sanitari (in particolare quelli ospedalieri) e l’obiettivo del ‘Benessere Equo e Sostenibile’ di cui la salute e la qualità dei servizi sanitari costituiscono indicatori fondamentali.

Identity, culture theatre, leisure time and territory. The role of the Foundation of theaters and opera symphony Petruzzelli in Bari What is the cultural heritage of a place? What are the signs that impress on space? How these signs are preserved and passed down over time? The attempt to answer these questions gave rise to this contribution which focuses on the use and organization of leisure time, man's basic spiritual need that can cause forms of territorial organization that leave indelible anthropogenic marks, expression of human 'identity’. These signs are translated into a set of status symbols especially in the urban milieu: this is the case of the Petruzzelli Theater in Bari, where it fully expresses the culture of Apulia and its capital, reborn after the fire of 1991, thanks to the wise protection and conservation carried out by local actors and, in particular, the Foundation of theaters and opera symphony Petruzzelli in Bari.

Apulia: Integration and Regionalization in the Mediterranean Area. Apulia has a key role in the policy for the creation of the Europmediterranean region. Local governments become more aware of their function in organizing a very complex "sistem region". The creation of an Euromediterranean net, that includes a widw and eterogeneus space, represents an important challenge. This paper focuses on the role played by solidarity in national social policies and how it is interpreted in political documents. Starting from the national legislation, the research highlights how the culture of solidarity spreads and how it transposes at operative local level. Particular attention will be reserved to the inclusion policies activated by the Regional Councilor for Solidarity aiming at the maximization of the quality of life and the inclusion of weak. The main goal is to estimate the effects of such policies on the population’s well–being.
