Dal 1986 Master è l'azienda pugliese che interpreta la progettazione e la realizzazione degli accessori per serramenti come un processo fatto di ricerca, investimenti e studio della cultura dell'alluminio. Progettiamo accessori per serramenti con la consapevolezza di tutti gli aspetti legati al risparmio energetico, alla sostenibilità e alla durabilità che possono apportare gli stessi al prodotto finale. Master promuove la cultura internazionale dell'alluminio collaborando con ricercatori, progettisti, architetti, designers e produttori di finestre.
Il progetto ha come obiettivo lo sviluppo di un sistema-serra mento scorrevole a tutta vista ad alto contenuto tecnologico. La forte connotazione innovativa di tale sistema sarà caratterizzata dalle seguenti specifiche: 1. innovazione tecnologica di prodotto e processo per il settore di interesse: introduzione di un sistema scorrevole che racchiude in un unico prodotto per la prima volta soluzioni tecnologiche avanzate in ambito prestazionale, di design e di automazione/movimentazione e chiusura; 2. Risparmio Energetico e massimizzazione del comfort ambientale interno nell 'ambito edilizio: il progetto prevede lo studio di soluzioni finalizzate all'ottimizzazione delle prestazioni energetiche mediante la gestione controllata dei flussi termici che il sistema è in grado di produrre. Le soluzioni individuate mirano a realizzare un sistema serramento " attivo" attraverso la produzione energetica oppure attraverso la gestione dello scambio termico tra gli ambienti interni ed esterni, migliorando al contempo il comfort ambientale interno all'edificio. 3. Semplicità di utilizzo da parte dell'utilizzatore finale: il progetto prevede l'adozione di soluzioni di apertura/chiusura, sicurezza e movimentazione innovative nell'ambito dell'home automation. E' previsto infatti lo studio di soluzioni basate su forze elettromagnetiche. Si tratterebbe in tal caso di innovazione assoluta nell'ambito del settore del serramento.

A device (10) for moving members for operating or for closing a window or door frame, of the type activated by the rotation of the pin (14) of a lever or a handle (15) and comprising a supporting and containing body (11) of a mechanism (12) for transforming the rotary motion of an element (13) intended to be coupled with the pin (14) of a control lever or handle (15) in translational motion of at least one slider (16, 16'), wherein the supporting and containing body (11) is houseable in a seat (101, 201, 301) of a profile (100, 200, 300) constituting a side of a window or door frame movable swing and wherein the at least one slider (16, 16') is coupleable with a respective rod for operating or closing the movable swing, and that is characterised in that it comprises an auxiliary body (19) that is mounted on the supporting and containing body (11) in a mutually movable manner along a direction (D) that, when the moving device (10) is in the mounted configuration on the profile (100, 200, 300), is parallel to the side of the profile of the swing and orthogonal to the direction (R) of the translational motion of the at least one slider (16), wherein the auxiliary body (19) is provided with at least one abutment element (20) with a reference plane (106, 206, 306) defined in the profile and adapted to serve as reference for the positioning of the supporting and containing body (11) in the seat (101, 201, 301) along the direction (D) and adjustment means (21) for the adjustment of the relative position of the auxiliary body (19) and of the supporting and containing body (11) along the direction (D).
A closing device for closing door-leafs of doors or windows is disclosed which has a plate or rod body, associated with the frame which delimits a door-leaf and which is connectable to maneuvering means, and a closing member, which is fixed to the plate or rod body and adapted to be coupled with a corresponding abutment body fixable to the fixed framework of the door or window or to the frame which delimits another door-leaf of the door or window. The closing member has a shank which is fixable to the plate or rod body and a stud body which is coupled to the shank through coupling means which allow adjusting the position of the stud body along the longitudinal axis of the shank, wherein the stud body is adapted to be coupled with a corresponding seat in the abutment body.
A handle (10), in particular of the cremone bolt type, applicable onto the frame (100) of a moveable wing of a window or door and comprising a box-shaped body (11) that has a face (12) for resting on the frame (100) and a face (13) opposite to the resting face (12) and from which a manoeuvring handgrip (14) projects, said handgrip (14) being fixed to a rotor (15) that is housed in the box-shaped body (11) in a rotatable manner about a rotation axis (R) orthogonal to the resting face (12), wherein the rotor (15) is associable to a mechanism (18) for transforming the rotary motion of the rotor (15) into a translation motion of at least one slider (19) which can be coupled to a respective rod (106) for manoeuvring or closing the moveable wing, wherein the handle (10) is characterised in that the at least one slider (19) is provided with a tab (24) that projects from the resting face (12) and that extends in the direction substantially parallel to the rotation axis (R) to be inserted into a slot (104) obtained in the frame (100) and onto which tab a respective attachment plate (25) is mounted, onto which the end of a respective manoeuvre or closing rod can be fixed, wherein the attachment plate (25) is guided on the tab (24) slidably along a direction parallel to the rotation axis (R) and wherein between the attachment plate (25) and the tab (24), a toothed coupling is defined that extends along the relative sliding direction between the attachment plate (25) and the tab (24) and whose mutually meshed teeth develop in the direction transverse to the sliding direction to allow a "stepped" adjustment of the position of the attachment plate (25) with respect to the tab (24).
An adjustable hinge is disclosed for window or door casing (1) of the heavy type (particularly doors), comprising: at least two bodies (7, 17) adapted to allow fixing the hinge (1) on window or door casing and on a fixed frame; an articulation pin (3); two adjusting bushes (5, 26); at least one adjusting screw (4); a plurality of shimming washers (2); two end plugs (22); and a small oscillating bush (29) adapted to contain therein the adjusting screw (4); and at least one locking screw (50) equipped with a head (51) with a flange (52) adapted to be inserted into the pin (3) of the hinge (1).
The present invention refers to an adjustable hinge (10) for window or door frames comprising at least one first wing body (11) fixable to the fixed frame of a window or door frame and at least one second wing body (12) fixable to the mobile frame of a window or door frame, or vice versa, which are mutually articulated in a rotating manner around a rotation axis (A) through a pin (13), first adjusting means (23) for adjusting the relative position of the first wing body (11) with respect to the second wing body (12) along a first adjustment direction (X) which is parallel to the plane of the window or door frame and orthogonal to the rotation axis (A), in which the first adjusting means (23) comprise a first bushing (26) which supports an end portion (13a) of the pin (13) and which is housed in a mobile manner inside a cavity (27) which is defined in one of the first wing body (11) and the second wing body (12) and which has two faces opposite one another and parallel to the first adjustment direction (X), in which, moreover, one of the two faces has a toothing (28) which extends parallel to the first adjustment direction (X) and with which a corresponding toothing engages (29) which is defined on one portion of the outer lateral surface of the first bushing (26), and in which the first bushing (26) is manoeuvrable in rotation from the outside and the rotation of the first bushing (26) and with it that of the pin (13) generate a displacement of sole translation along the first adjustment direction (X) between the first wing body (11) and the second wing body (12), and is characterised in that the first bushing (26) has a portion in contact with the other one of the two faces of the cavity (27), wherein the contact portion is yielding on the plane orthogonal to the rotation axis (A). Such contact portion is made up of an insert element (30) which is associated with the first bushing (26) and which has in the cross section an arched-crown-sector shape which partially embraces the first bushing (26) so that between it and the faced portion of the outer lateral surface of the first bushing (26) there is a free space (S).
A closing system (14) of a door and window casing comprises a fixed part (15) to be anchored to a wing (12) of the casing and at least one movable part (16, 17) drivable in use between an open position and a closed position of the casing, the fixed part being suitable for anchoring to the wing along a longitudinal groove (38) formed in an edge section member (12a) of the wing (12) and the at least one movable part having a plurality of closing elements spaced apart from each other. Mounted on said fixed part is at least one securing element (21-24) for fastening to the wing, said securing element being movable between a mounting position at which it can be frontally inserted into said groove when the fixed part is brought to the mounting position on the wing and an operating position at which it is in engagement with an undercut (39, 40) formed in the groove so that a link is created between the closing system and wing.
A cremone bolt (1) for opening and closing door or window frames, comprising a handle in turn comprising a case (2) intended to be applied on a movable door or window frame and a manoeuvring shaft (3) mounted pivotally on said case (2) around a rotation axis (A), in which within said case (2) a pinion (4), which is pivotally mounted around said rotation axis (A) is integrally constrained, at least in rotation, to said manoeuvring shaft (3) and engages with at least a rack (5) that is slidably associated to said case (2) in both directions of a straight line (R) orthogonal to said rotation axis (A) and parallel to at least a manoeuvring rod (6) of the cremone bolt, the cremone bolt also comprising at least an actuating element (7) which is connectable to said manoeuvring rod (6) and that is associated to said rack (5) in a slidable manner in both directions of a straight line parallel to said straight line (R) and adjusting and fastening means of the position of said actuating element (7) with respect to said rack (5).
The present invention refers to a lifting-lowering and sliding group (10) for door or window wings (102), comprising at least one carriage (11a, 11b) in turn comprising a support body (14a, 14b) which is provided with support and rolling elements (15a, 15b) and which is associable with a sliding guide (106) in a mobile manner in translation along the sliding direction (A) of a door or window wing (102), an attachment body (17a, 17b) to the wing (102) which is fixable to its lower crossbar (104) and which is associated with the support body (14a, 14b) in a mobile manner on a plane parallel to the lying plane of the wing (102) with a relative combined translation motion along the sliding direction (A) and along a direction (B) orthogonal to it for lifting and lowering the wing (102) with respect to the support body (14a, 14b), in which the carriage (11a, 11b) has an end associable with a manoeuvring mechanism (12, 13) of the relative displacement of the attachment body (17a, 17b) with respect to the support body (14a, 14b), wherein the manoeuvring mechanism is activatable by a control handle (105) associable to the wing, the group being characterised in that the support body (14a, 14b) of the at least one carriage (11a, 11b) comprises a guide body (19a, 19b) of elastic means (20a, 20b) acting between the support body (14a, 14b) and a counter element (21a, 21b) associable with the lower crossbar (104) of the wing (102), in which the counter element (21a, 21b) is associated with the guide body (19a, 19b) in a mobile manner in translation along the sliding direction (A) and along a direction orthogonal to it (B).
