Abstract

This presentation analyzes the latest data on vitreous finds discovered in the abandoned port city of Siponto (Manfredonia). These data update quantitatively and qualitatively those already presented during the Conference held in Pisa in 2004. The privileged contextualization – the material mainly comes from residential buildings belonged to the late medieval – allows to dwell on the functional aspect in a reconstruction view of the current modalities.
