Abstract

You can not safeguard human rights, the dignity of the human person, regardless of the underlying reasons that they find their ultimate explanation and foundation, reason and justification. The latter can not be that ethical and religious grounds because the ontological structure of man. The law is the person and the person is actually onto-axiological first, the principle of human order both theoretical reflection and conscience, as to practical in all its forms.
