Abstract

These include the use of GIS as a tool for the study of landscapes, with particular reference to spatial analyses that better illustrate the relationships between human beings and the territory. This study makes reference to a series of analyses with two objectives: - to draw up predictive hypotheses concerning the most appropriate research strategies - to begin the analysis of settlement patterns on the level of the macro-area.
