Descrizione sintetica dell'oggetto sociale
A bracket (1) for transporting and assembling an actuation system (2) of a servo-assisted mechanical gearbox, which actuation system (2) presents a plurality of reciprocally connected assemblies; the bracket (1) presents a first part (7) adapted to support a first assembly of the actuation system (2) and at least a second part (8), which is adapted to support a second assembly of the actuation system (2) and is movable with respect to the first part (7).
A control method of a direct injection system (1) of the common rail in an internal combustion engine (2); the control method contemplates the steps of: feeding the pressurized fuel to a common rail (5) by means of a high-pressure pump (6) presenting at least one pumping element (15) mechanically operated by a drive shaft (21) of the internal combustion engine (2); measuring the angular position of the drive shaft (21); measuring the fuel pressure (P rail ) in the common rail (5); analyzing the oscillations of the fuel pressure (P rail ) in the common rail (5); and determining the phase of the pumping element (15) of the high-pressure pump (6) with respect to the drive shaft (21) according to the oscillations of the fuel pressure (P rail ) in the common rail (5).
A control method of an electronic injection fuel feeding system (12) for an internal combustion engine (1) and displaying at least one injector (13) and a noncontinuous flow rate fuel pump (14) actuated by a an actuator device (27); the control method includes the steps of: determining the desired fuel amount which must be injected at each cycle of the internal combustion engine (1); driving the injector (3) for injecting the desired fuel amount at each cycle of the internal combustion engine (1); determining an optimal actuation frequency of the actuator device (27) of the fuel pump (14) according to the desired fuel amount which must be injected at each cycle of the internal combustion engine (1); and actuating the actuator device (27) of the fuel pump (14) at the optimal actuation frequency.
A method for determining the rotation speed of at least one supercharger (14) in an internal combustion engine (1); the method includes detecting, by means of a microphone (25), the intensity of a sound signal generated by the rotation of the supercharger (14) and determining the evolution of the frequency content of the sound signal over time; determining, completely irrespective of the sound signal, a first estimation of the rotation speed of the supercharger (14) by means of which an interval of plausible frequencies for the rotation speed of the supercharger (14) may be determined; determining a second estimation of the rotation speed of the supercharger (14) according to the frequency content of the sound signal within the interval of plausible frequencies and validating the second estimation of the rotation speed of the supercharger (14) by means of the first estimation of the rotation speed of the supercharger (14).
A method for determining the rotation speed of at least one supercharger which compresses the sucked air in an internal combustion engine (1); the control method, during the normal operation of the internal combustion engine (1), comprises the steps of detecting, by means of a microphone (25), the intensity of a sound signal generated by the rotation of the supercharger (14); determining a frequency content of the sound signal generated by the rotation of the supercharger (14); identifying the frequencies with maximum amplitude within the frequency content of the sound signal generated by the rotation of the supercharger (14); recognising the frequencies with maximum amplitude which are each other's multiples or submultiples; and determining the rotation speed of the supercharger (14) using exclusively the frequencies with maximum amplitude which are each other's multiples or submultiples.
