Abstract

The debate about the relationship between territorial identity as a competitive strength of a territory and development seems to correspond with an endogenous approach to a social and economical development that focuses on local resources and implies the active participation of all "actors". Local products are a precious resource that helps reflect on local identities and can have various didactical applications.
