Abstract

with the restoration works realized upon the Heritage building involved in the seismic event of the 2009 in Abruzzo, we need to focusing on the strengthening techniques, and the practice performed by administrations interested in working and rehabilitating the building but non on their conservation, and professionals too fast to step on the correct behavior on the heritage. In face to understand how the ancient building can continue his history respecting the limits of safety imposed for different uses, in Italy we chose in blind manner the destination and then the historic building have to be violated to respond to an unreasonable request. The good thing is that the seismic behavior of the heritage buildings is now re-entered in the university courses and researches, after a very long time in which it seems the only theme was about the conservation of surfaces and materials, quite there was not part of a building that is an organism, and his health could not be guaranteed without looking at him on his entireness.
