Abstract

This article was subject to a rigorous double blind peer review process by members of the international committee of this volume. As is known, in the thought of the fifteenth century, the problem of the soul and its destiny plays a central role. While the magical thought solves this problem using the esoteric tradition, the scientific thought, adopted in the Universities, makes use of the Aristotelian tradition.
