Abstract

The use by knowledge workers of web 2.0 tools, in the workplace, changed the company's operational practices by introducing new collaborative processes. This paper presents the application of a set of “Cross-domain” Collaborative Business Process applied to a model of Enterprise 2.0 Banking Information System. The study cases presented use the collaborative business patterns. Its aim is to resolve emerging organizational issues to support the activities of knowledge workers, to increase their productivity and their ability to find the information they need, and enable collaboration with colleagues. All this is made using web 2.0 tools, without changing their habits and integrating the knowledge generated within the corporate information systems. In this article we use the presented Collaborative Patterns previously in a different application context, to model an Enterprise Banking Information System.
