Abstract

The pump has a rotor (20) arranged in a pump housing, where the rotor is driven by a drive shaft (12), and has grooves arranged on the rotor circumference. The grooves run radial to the axis of rotation of the rotor, and a blade shaped feeding unit (26) is slidingly guided in the grooves. A ring-shaped groove (38) extends over a part of the circumference of the rotor, and is connected with an interior area of two of the grooves of the rotor. The groove (38) is designed at the front sides (201, 202) of the rotor opposite to the front wall of the housing, and is connected to a pressure area.
