Organic electroluminiscent device and process for manufacturing the device

Abstract

An electroluminescent device (100) is described comprising at least first (200) and second (300) radiation emitter devices arranged on a common substrate (1) and each including a first active layer (5) and a second (5') layer of organic material for generating the radiation, respectively. This device comprises isolation means (4, 4') of dielectric material which are at least partially interposed between the first (5) and second (5') active layers to electrically isolate the first layer from the second active layer.
