Abstract

Method for determining the tack of a material placed in contact with a surface, comprising the following stages:- providing a sample (10) of the said material, the sample comprising a sheet whose width (w) increases from a first narrow end (10a) to a second wide end (10b);- applying the sample (10) to upwards facing supporting surface (21) of plate (20);- compacting the sample (10) against the supporting surface (21) of plate (20);- attaching a weight (50) to the first end (10a) of the sample (10);- turning the plate (20) over in such a way that the supporting surface (21) faces downwards; and- measuring the detachment of the sample (10) from the supporting surface (21) in terms of distance detached (d) from the first end (10a) of the sample (10) as a function of time.
