Abstract

An aerogenerator (1) has a turbine (2) provided with an impeller (17) that is rotatable about a rotation axis under the thrust of an operating fluid; the impeller drives in rotation the rotor of a generator (3), which provides the electricity to a static converter (4); the aerogenerator (1) is provided with a control system configured so as to calculate a resistant torque or current set-point (Tref) as a function of the operating fluid speed (V) and adjusting the resistant torque exerted by the generator (3) on the impeller (17) and/or the current supplied by the generator (3) to track the set-point (Tref).
